My approach

Ageing is not simply about managing diseases. It is about maintaining the ability to move, think, function, connect and live independently.

I work with older adults and their families to identify health and functional concerns early, coordinate appropriate medical care, and create practical plans for healthier ageing at home.

01

Understand the whole person

Look at medical health alongside mobility, cognition, nutrition, daily function and quality of life.

02

Support everyday independence

Build practical plans around strength, safety, meaningful activity and life at home.

03

Bring care together

Work with families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Who can benefit?

  • Adults 50+ who want to age proactively
  • Older adults living with multiple health concerns
  • Families caring for ageing parents
  • Older adults who prefer assessment and care at home
  • People experiencing reduced mobility, strength, memory or independence

Living abroad. Caring for parents in the Tricity.

A special focus of Dr. Chopra’s practice is supporting families living outside India whose elderly parents live independently in the Tricity.

A coordinated approach

Where appropriate, care can be coordinated with physiotherapists, nutrition professionals, psychologists, occupational therapists, specialists and other healthcare providers to create a more complete support system around the older adult.
